Hi! I’m Bethany.

I build thoughtful brands that connect with people and drive results. I have 12+ years of experience in brand design and related disciplines at agencies, startups, and more. I believe that empathy is the key to great work, and collaboration makes everything better.

I’m currently on the brand marketing team at Octave Therapy, helping to make high-quality therapy more accessible. I work alongside a talented team of marketers, all-star product designers, and highly vetted clinical therapists.

I’ve also worked as a designer, writer, and creative strategist for many industries — including tech/SaaS, healthcare, luxury hospitality, real estate, nonprofit, and more. Design is my home base, but I bring a range of related skills (including creative strategy, content marketing, project management, photography, and writing.)

Everything I do is rooted in strategy. Branding isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about connecting with your audience and supporting your business goals.

When I’m not at my desk, you can find me at a yoga class, hanging out with my cat (Whiskey), or yapping with my neighbors at a coffee shop. I’m committed to environmental action and advocacy for people on the margins. I love em dashes — and LinkedIn will never change that.
